Shaft & impeller design/fabrication

At Gratec Limited we can manufacture new LIGHTNIN shaft and impeller systems at an extremely competitive price. We offer standard coatings (such as rubber, PVC, Teflon, Halar, and many others), various special alloys, mechanical polishing, electro polishing, and passivization (all with all required documentation). Our experienced sales engineers will be sure to provide you with a new shaft and/or impeller assembly which is custom suited to your process application. There is NO standard repair shop that can offer this process and mechanical expertise, which is a critical part of the overall installation, operation and performance of your equipment.

Gratec Limited, partnered with T.D. Rooke and Associates, stocks a quantity of LIGHTNIN Portable Mixers with both electric and air driven motors. If you need a LIGHTNIN Portable Mixer, and you need it fast, we can meet your needs. All mixer sizing is based on your specific tank size and process, and is guaranteed by our technical sales engineers.
